The Kern Family awarded WPI with $488,500 to facilitate the development of new programs aimed at enhancing the impact of WPI’s project-based approach to undergraduate education. The aim of the award is to help WPI “realize a strategic goal of infusing the undergraduate program with an entrepreneurial mindset," according to WPI president Laurie Leshin.
