<span style="font-size:medium"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif">&nbsp; Jaime Arribas Starkey-El graduated from Morgan State University in 2015 with a BS in Physics and a BS in Engineering Physics.</span></span><span style="font-size: medium"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif">He loves to learn, he loves to discover, and he always wants to know more. <span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: medium">During his time as a UIF, he served as a catalyst for the enhancement of innovation culture locally and nationally. </span> <span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: medium">Jaime believes innovation is the direct outcome of the freedom and opportunity to experiment. He strives to pave the way for diverse and </span><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: medium">inclusive ecosystems, foster creativity, <span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: medium">expose students to advantageous resources, and bring </span>opportunities to young people whose motivation and drive have gone malnourished.</span></span></span>
