Students Our engineering department is only a year old and faculty within each division know hasn't had a way a reason to grasp design teams yet because the achievements of their peers and teachers. However these successes students are lost on the rest of the campusstill so young. By communicating these businessesBut, teams include teamwork, leadership, research and developments across campus we can begin to combine efforts responsibility which leads to increase innovation success as individuals and creativity on campusas groups. </span>

To guide Taking initiative on this project will require a more connected campus we will need lot of personal relationships. Over the next couple years, students could work along side professors rather than underneath them as a better way class. If students come to communicate across divisions. The hardest part of starting this initiative professors with project ideas, there will be finding a way to communicate effectively to every student lot more involvement and faculty memberpassion for the projects.
By highlighting the accomplishments of faculty If students go to professors with projects, then they will have a better understanding of enjoy the work. If they get shadowed during their research and replace themselves, then the research can be continued over the opportunities available years. We would like to them. Having get this information available idea out to students so that projects they're passionate about are integrated into the Jewell community programs and they will also make it easier hopefully be able to connect with faculty members that one might never get the chance recruit mentees better to interact with in their normal schedule. This information can be provided continue to students through the Ipads either with an appfully develop projects that benefit themselves, emailsprofessors, or through the Hilltop Monitor, or by promoting them in the TV's in and the PLCschool.
