Jonathan Jon Cook is a senior at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting.

As much as he enjoys his time learning in Despite having spent the classroompast 4 years studying Accounting, Jonathan’s curiosity drives him to further his education outside Jon promises he is more exciting than your stereotypical accountant. Outside of class and homework, Jon has developed the university settingTechnology Showcase on Grand Valley's campus. He has started self-teaching basic programing It is a space that allows students to interact with cutting edge technologies like the Microsoft HoloLens, HTC Vive, 3D printers and design many more. Jonathan's current project is an introduction to become better equipped Design Thinking, active citizenship and team building that will be rolled out to find sustainable solutions for the world’s most wicked problems4,500+ incoming freshman that Grand Valley receives each year.  

CurrentlyThis past summer, Jonathan is a full-time intern worked with Google instead Seamless, an Internet of a full time student at Grand Valley. He plans to return next year to finish his degreeThings Accelerator, although plans are subject to change… especially with a brand new incubator in West Michigan that could build upon his experiences gained through his startup, FitFrames LLChelp six teams from around the world commercialize their products.
