Drew Spooner is a marketing major at North Dakota State University. He co-founded the Hammock Initiative and is the project manager of DinnerTies.com. Drew credits much of entrepreneurial projects to experiential learning and believes anyone can make things happen if they have the right mindset. In past years, while working as a camp counselor on the North Shore of Oahu and as a trail crewmember with AmeriCorps in the Rocky Mountains, Drew learned the value of perspective and how to work on an effective team. In high school, Drew directed a feature length film and co-founded a competitive croquet league where he and his team won the Midwest High School Croquet Championship.
