Changes

Nithya identifies herself as very creative and optimistic. She is bubbly and easy going and believes that every problem has a solution. She takes great pleasure in acknowledging herself as a person who is capable of getting well adjusted in teams. Open Mindedness and team spirit are the best qualities she possesses. Yearning to start projects, Nithya shares her innovative ideas with her team. Her desire to create something new is very strong. She is also good at her academics and always strives hard to learn new things. She is versatile and copes with situations very well. Apart from this, she is exceptionally good in creative writing and reading. She is also interested in cooking. She believes in selfgrowth, and stays focused on her pursuits. Nithya was selected as a University Innovation Fellow and underwent a six-week training in design thinking and entrepreneurship from Stanford's D School.
