==Bio==
Bella Schrader is currently a junior at Marshall University, double majoring in Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Management/Technology, with minors in Engineering Sciences, Marketing and Finance. Bella grew up in Huntington, WV, and attended high school at Tri-State STEM+M in South Point, OH. She currently works as an intern for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Lewis College of Business, as well as a Sustainability Fellow for Marshall. Bella’s passion is to ultimately strive to better the lives of others by working with both the biotech industry as well as addressing environmental and sustainability concerns using business and design thinking.
Over the summer of 2022, Bella worked in Louisville, KY as a Commercial Sales intern for General Electric Appliances. In 2021, Bella completed research through the Smithsonian’s Natural History Research Experience Program, focused on machine learning and the Smithsonian's open access educational system. In her sophomore year, she also served as an Entrepreneurship Immersion Fellow for the West Virginia Center for Advanced Manufacturing.
In her free time, Bella enjoys traveling, theater, and going to concerts, and she has been a part of Marshall University's TEDx program for the past two years.
