The Change Model Canvas was a great tool that helped us understand the details and logistics that go into planning, executing, and sustaining our project ideas. It allowed us to imagine the process of carrying out our projects, which helped us to further contemplate their feasibility and what potential adjustments we may have to make to get our ideas off the ground. Presenting our projects to potential stakeholders was very helpful as well, and it was useful to have worked on the Change Model Canvas before these meetings because we were able to mentally go through each step up of the process to prepare to ask any questions and listen to stakeholders.
