==Bio==
Akiho is an undergraduate law student studying at Sophia University, Tokyo. She lived in Kanagawa, Japan for 15 years and she moved to Victoria, BC Canada as an international student. As a law student, she will be narrowing down her studying topic area to business international public law. She believes her background in legal studies has given her a bird's eye view when observing issues. She has a strong passion in discovering methods creating a world where more youth express their passion freely and exercise their power to maximize powers each individual holds in their hand through projectslead new changes. She currently lives in Japan where she sees more and more different opportunities for innovation, movements and changes led by youth. Akiho herself is currently a leader of a new founded project which aims to develop solutions for gender inequality in workspaceJapan. She has an adventurous and curious personality. She Akiho has a strong proactive attitude in a team and she also feels comfortable to lead enjoys organizing projects. She has an adventurous and curious personality.
==Achievements==
Akiho has founded a student organization called Horizon at her home university in 2019. She is the head of the operations team and as part of the organizationIn 2019, she has held organized a week-long workshop about campus sustainability, and with other members from Horizon. She currently, her main leads a project focuses on team which aims to tackle gender equality inequality in Japan. In her first university year2020, she has also completed a short term political science program in Paris.
