I think that this article is badass. The fact that I can take these skills from design thinking and social innovation into my career in the future? Amazing. Reading through this article, I found it intriguing that the process is ongoing as opposed to traditional learning styles. Overall, the industries that UIF members go into will be welcoming badasses left and right. -ethan paras

== Empathy when designing ==
This text is so interesting because it focuses on listening to other's in order to be successful. This idea is often overlooked when listing attributes, however, it is so important. By using empathy and getting to the root of the problem, the solution that is created from this will be so much more successful and really solve the problem. By using the Design Thinking Process, one can learn to avoid jumping to conclusions and instead sitting in the mess and the unknown of a problem in order to find the best way to solve it. Great article!
