The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a tool that can be applied to many different sectors. Steve Blank, a pivotal figure of the Lean Startup movement, created an adaptation of the BMC called the '''Mission Model Canvas''' (MMC) to apply similar principles to areas that are not business-oriented.
