== <big>Biography of Milagros Chumbimuni</big> ==
<big>My name is Milagros Chumbimuni, and I am a Business Management Engineering student at Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC).
Throughout my studieseducation and professional experience, I have developed both technical skills in service design, project management, and soft skills that have been essential for my personal data analysis, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional growthcustomer satisfaction. I am passionate about technology developing solutions and business, I actively participate in all its formshackathons and innovation competitions, and I am especially motivated by the idea of helping more women join the tech worldwhich have strengthened my ability to tackle challenges in dynamic environments. For this reason, I serve as joined the coordinator of ACM Women Entrepreneurship Advisory and Mentoring Group at UPC, where I lead we had the opportunity to collaborate with entrepreneurs from various sectors and promote initiatives that encourage women's participation in technologyindustries, fostering a more inclusive and diverse environmenthelping them develop their business models.
I also had the opportunity to intern at Diners Club Perúa logistics company, where I applied my software engineering knowledge and gained valuable hands-on experiencedesigned B2B solutions for corporate clients. AdditionallyCurrently, I have participated in innovation and programming contests, such as Coder Bloomam employed at a telecommunications company, where I showcased my problem-solving abilities oversee the control and execution of projects and creativity in competitive improvement initiatives. My role involves identifying pain points to develop tailored solutions for internal clients, enhancing and tech-driven settingsoptimizing processes.</big>
