AIESEC is a platform to explore the global pool of opportunities, where they provide young people with the opportunity to work on professional internships in different streams like management, leadership, organizing and IOT projects. They develop youth leadership by facilitating social development and professional internships.

Purpose

Providing young people with global opportunities of internships to explore and connect with some of the brightest and most ambitious young minds from around the world.

Distinct Differences From Other Offerings

They recruit twice in a year (February and August) to join in their 2500 members across 27 local offices in India. Young leaders present in 122 countries are striving to create and facilitate opportunities for young people which make AIESEC distinct from others. They provide accommodation to students for an affordable price.

Impact Achieved For Students and Campus

Students get prior knowledge about how the industry works and cultivate skills to help companies grow and reach out to new markets, and expertise in handling different situations.Eventually, this shows a great impact on campus by attracting the companies to the campus drive.

Notes About How This Resource is Deployed

AIESEC has a very long history, at the beginning, a group of people, specialized in different fields, felt that there is an enormous gap between the present day student’s employability skills and industry’s expected skills.So they made, intense research on how the students can be equipped with employable skills.In order to fill this gap, they started AIESEC which help in connecting students with some of the brightest and most ambitious young minds from around the world which makes the student to improve their global mindset to bring new ideas to the globe.

Steps Required To Bring Resource to Campus

In order to bring the resource to campus, management needs to follow some steps:

1.Firstly management should gather required details of the student who are looking for a volunteer internship, which is to be submitted to the nearest AIESEC office.

2.Then a member of AISEC visits to campus and conduct workshops on how young minds can reach out to new markets.
