Jessica Barnett is a University Innovation Fellow and Senior in the Graphic Information Technology program in The Polytechnic School and The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University Polytechnic. Prior to attending ASU, she earned her Associates of Arts degree from Chandler-Gilbert Community College.

In addition to being a full-time student in the bachelor's program, Jessica also began the Accelerated Master's program in Graphic Information Technology in the Fall 2018 semester. She is currently the president of the AIGA Polytechnic clun, and works in multiple areas on campus as both a lab assistant in the Device and Usability Learning Lab, and a research assistant for the Engineering Pathways Research Group. Her focus is on web design and development as well as usability, and before transferring into the GRaphic Information Tchnology program she completed three years towards a degree in software engineering.
