Erin is a Junior at Utah Valley University in Utah, a highly conservative state. She tends to have opposing views on issues from a lot of community
members around her, which usually helps to satisfy her love for friendly debate. She is studying Environmental Science and Geography. She is interested in a wide variety of environmental topics from climate change and those damned climate change deniers, to urban sustainability, plastic pollution, the drastic reductions in shark populations due to humans and many other environmental problems we are facing today. Among other things she is also highly interested in Icelandic culture and is on a personal pursuit to learn Icelandic. She rock climbs, canyoneers, mountain bikes, skis, paints, draws, sews, print makes, woodworks and a variety of other outdoor and creative hobbies and pursuits.
