Changes

Utilize the BIC to create competition's targeting the Freshmen and Sophmore level students.  These can be Business Plan competitions, or even a more relaxed "idea"storm session, allowing students to think about the feasability of their ideas and marketability.

Implore Registered Student Organizations to create workshops open to all students, so that students have the opportunity to learn skills, (for free), that they normally would not have the opportunity to.  Particularly important organizations to target would be Entrepreneur Club, CEO Club, and ACM, as the clubs have relevant skills that they can offer to the student body.  This will also act in helping Freshmen obtain skills that will help them later in fostering the I&E landscape within FSU-PC.
