Kathryn Wagner is a University Innovation Fellow at Grand Valley State Univeristy in Grand Rapids, MI. She is an undergraduate student pursing a major in Biomedical Sciences, with a pre-PA emphasis. She also has a German minor, as language and culture has always been something she enjoys. She is also a member of the Frederick Meijer Honors College.

Kathryn has always had a love for the medical field and found her love for innovation freshman year at Grand Valley when she took a 2-semester long honors course called "Design Thinking for Social Product and Innovation." She discovered what UIF was her sophomore year when several of her friends joined, and became a part of UIF her junior year.

With her love for the medical field, she works as a Home Health Aide, assisting the elderly in their homes, has worked as a CNA in a nursing home, and currently volunteers at a free medical clinic for the uninsured in downtown Grand Rapids. She is the Social Media Manager for the Social Innovation Club at Grand Valley and is also a part of the pre-PA club.

Kathryn loves to travel and has been to several countries including Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Mexico, and Belize. She loves to explore other cultures and learn about the world outside of her "normal."

Kathryn Wagner

Kathryn Wagner is a University Innovation Fellow at Grand Valley State Univeristy in Grand Rapids, MI. She is an undergraduate student pursing a major in Biomedical Sciences, with a pre-PA emphasis.
