She& nbsp; is currently pursuing a </span><span style= "font-size: larger;">B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Global Strategic Studies. When she’s not studying, Nico is an active student on her college campus-- she is the co-founder of the Maverick Student Action Network where she aims to connect students with the tools to make positive change through public policy. In addition, she is also a poetry editor at a local literary magazine called </span><span style= "font-size: larger;">Midnig< /span><span style="font- size: larger; ">ht </span><span style="font-size: larger;"> Circus. Nico also works as a Service Supervisor at UNO’s Office of Civic and Social Responsibility Student Leadership Collaborative. Here, she helps organize and run university-wide </ span> service events<span style= "font-size: larger;">, serves as an intern at The Rose Theater, a local nonprofit, and is a mentor to other students in the office.
