The first step starts with School Development Review (SDR) process, which defines the goals, and also the plan for implementaion and evaluation. The model is based on three basic parameters which are prove, multiply, and advocate. The organization is also in partnership with various teacher training institutions, and strives to bring the change from systemic level.&nbsp;</tt></span></span></span>
