Omri Gal is a University Innovation Fellow at Swarthmore College, studying Psychology and Peace & Conflict Studies. His interests include social/cultural psychology, advertising and mass media, Middle Eastern history, and entrepreneurship.

At Swarthmore, Omri led a team his freshmen year to the finals of Swarthmore’s business plan competition. Currently, Omri is one of the student leaders developing Swarthmore’s social innovation lab, and is involved with other entrepreneurial initiatives on campus. Recently, Omri was selected as one of four students in his class to become a Eugene Lang Opportunity Scholar, which grants students $10,000 to launch a social impact project. While he is still in the ideation phase, Omri plans to develop a program that teaches design-thinking to youth in either Philadelphia, or the Middle East. Omri is also captain of the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team at Swarthmore.
