At Swarthmore, she studies Computer Science and Philosophy, and is deeply interested by the intersection of the two disciplines -- namely Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Ethics of Technology. On campus, she serves as an Associate at the Lang Center for Civic and Social Responsibility, Swarthmore’s premier social entrepreneurship hub, a Teaching Assistant for the Computer Science Department, and an Executive Board Member of the Women in Computer Science club on campus -- in addition to being on the point team for developing the Social Innovation Lab, Swarthmore’s first-ever makerspace.

She adamantly believes that a “why”-centric approach to solving problems is the only way to go about crafting a solution -- one that strives to put people first.
