This idea of refinement, taking a smaller concept and a big idea that can be applied to the problem, is a great chance to refine the open minds of students. These ideas can be applied to the real world complex problems.</span>

<span style="font-size:small;">To cultivate the hidden talent of multidisciplinary students, motivational workshops should take place organising a competition or such events on moving towards the end of the session. These workshops would also provide the direction to students who found themselves struggling to decide what they are going to do after graduation, where they are going to work and what do they actually want to do.</span>

<span style="font-size:small;">All the new-coming students are lectured the various engineering subjects related to technology. Subjects dealing with the concepts of innovation & entrepreneurship should be introduced to groom the student from the first year to proceed towards I&E. These courses can be project-based, teaching students about engineering disciplines and also enhance their creative as well as design thinking approaches.</span>
