Bio
Jayanth Upthala is a Graduate Student and University Innovation Fellow with a strong passion for leveraging data and technology to solve real-world problems.
He is currently a graduate student in Computer Science at the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, United States. Prior to this, he completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Engineering at Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT), India, where he was actively involved in innovation-driven initiatives and student-led activities.
As a University Innovation Fellow, Jayanth contributed to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration on campus by participating in and organizing student activities, technical events, and community-driven initiatives. His experience in UIF helped him develop strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while working closely with peers to drive meaningful impact.
Professionally, his interests lie in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, web development, and cloud-based solutions. Jayanth is driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a commitment to building impactful, user-centered innovations.
