Reeth is an Information Science Engineering graduate from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum, and holds a Master’s in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. She is passionate about using innovation and empathy to create positive change—especially in the realms of education, wellbeing, and human connection. Currently, she works at YuLife in London, where her values of purpose, growth, and people-first impact are at the core of what she does.   
  
As a University Innovation Fellow, she worked with the Institute Innovation Council where she organised events to create awareness about Innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking for all the young minds on campus. She conducted an event called "Mindkraft" for students to introspect and understand their knowledge about Finance followed by a 2-day Business Conference and introduced the students to the concepts of the stock market, Indian economy, investments, mutual funds, and business start-ups in collaboration with Zerodha Broking Limited. She participated in the d.challenge and was chosen to conduct Design Thinking workshops for the attendees of the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. As a part of UIF vs Corona, her team launched a mental health campaign called "I survive I serve life" and collaborated with NGOs in India and Lebanon for the same. She wants to bring about a change by sharing survivor stories, hosting webinars, educating people, sensitising the issue and ultimately de-stigmatising mental health.

She planned out activities and projects that promote these events among people via Rotaract, and arranged programs designed to provide information about a wide cross-section of businesses and entrepreneurs. She received the 'Best Professional Service Project' for the RI year 2019-2020 from the Belgaum zone.

She is also an ardent reader and enjoys reading fiction, magical realism and thriller.
