Lesly Patiño is an Industrial Engineering student at '''Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC)'''.
She was has been a fellow since 2022, actively participating in the 2022 collaborative events with her cohort and . One notable event was a treasure hunt at UTEC designed for incoming students. She led the FDay project at UTEC, an event where professors and students share how they turned mistakes into success stories. FDay is one of the events Lesly enjoyed organizing the most.
Lesly has also been actively involved in student organizations like SWE - Society of Women Engineers and Prounity UTEC, which have provided her with opportunities to enhance her soft skills.
