<big>Arjun Chakravarthi Pogaku is an Assistant Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at MITS. He is a Master's graduate doctoral candidate from Asia University , Taiwan and alumni of Madanapalle Institute of technology also a UI Fellow from MITS Spring 2018 Cohort. He organized various activities and workshops related to design thinking along with his faculty champions and scienceother UI fellows. He became The team took up an initiative to introduce Design Thinking as an open elective course at the institution for post-grad students. Being an experienced UI Fellow and a part responsible Professor, he is the course instructor of UIF Cohort DT. Apart from this, he is a dedicated research fellow, having expertise in Spring 2018wireless communications, focussed on a new-gen device called Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces. At present, he completed 2 years of his doctoral program and published 5 journal articles.</big>
<big>At the beginning, Arjun was an introvert. But things began to change when he met few people who inspired him to take his journey globally. With a lot of hard work, Arjun completed his training for his fellowship. <big>His team was able to bring exposure to many students in the college about the learnings regarding the opportunities around the globe. Conducted Design Thinking workshops for almost 300 students in the span of 6 months. They also trained another group * Ministry of students Education (MoE) Scholarship for the next fellowship programPh. They were able to introduce Design thinking into the university curriculumD. They created a special UIF blog for ourselves to share the fellows latest achievements in the college. And also collaborated with the innovation cell to encourage the talented students with the technological projectsby Ministry of Education,* Taiwan.</big> <big>MeanwhileTop Class Academic Performance, Arjun has also started to spread his wings to the outer worldDept. He became a part of the Computer Science and Information Engineering, Asia Pacific Innovation Academy as a Student Entrepreneur in ShenzhenUniversity, ChinaTaiwan. After finishing his program at Shenzhen* University Innovation Fellowship (UIF), he started to work as a Virtual Intern as Blog Editor at Shenzhen BlogStanford University, China. This experience has improved his language skills and he was able to crack IELTS with a score of 7USA.5 in Spring-2018.</big> Cohort <big>In early 2019* Asia Pacific Innovation Academy Delegate, he was selected as a student intern for a research project at Asia Shenzhen University for a tenure of 2 months. His internship helped him to attain a masters degree program with a scholarship. At present he published a research paper on Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces, an young research topic in the field of Wireless Communications. He will be graduating in Mid 2021. He has plans to continue his research later onChina.</big>
