Showri's schooling was more than just academics. Being trained as a theatre artist from Natana Mysuru, Shamanth has taken part in various plays in and around the state. Being interested in literature, he has been presenting his poetry in Kannada Literature Conference for many years. He was always known for his crowd management skills. He also served as the President of the school assembly for one year.
