Jessica is a co-founder of a social enterprise, Festyle, which aims to promote women empowerment and healthy dining culture in Hong Kong. After joining OSL, Jessica has co-facilitated design thinking training workshops for Lingnan students and the community beyond.
Since 2019, Jessica takes has taken up the role of faculty champion at the University Innovation Fellows (UIFs) Program at Lingnan University to help nurture students to become agents of change in higher education.
