Bio
Bruce Paton is Professor Emeritus of Management and Innovation at Menlo College. He teaches courses on design thinking, sustainable business, and social innovation. His research focuses on business strategies and public policies for sustainability.
Previously, Bruce served as a business school dean at two different business schools and as director of 2 MBA Programs. He began his academic career at San Francisco State University, where he helped create an MBA concentration in Sustainable Business.
Bruce currently serves on the Sustainability Commission for the City of Sunnyvale, CA. He also serves as Board President for Leadership Sunnyvale.
