Thalía is a Bioengineering Junior at UTEC and is originally from a town in Piura, Perú. Since she was 13, she has accessed scholarships and programs to study outside her town and has managed to be an outstanding student in her school and university. All the opportunities she was granted so far have led her to want to share her experiences and knowledge acquired with the people of her hometown, help empower the women there and improve the education of children in rural areas of her country.

Thalía is a Bioengineering Junior at UTEC and is originally from a town in Piura, Perú. Since she was 13, she has accessed scholarships and programs to study outside her town and has managed to be an outstanding student in her school and university.
