Avery Archibald is a University Innovations Fellow majoring in Organizational Communications with a minor in Human Resource Development. Avery is from Richmond, Virginia and has lived there her entire life, before attending college at James Madison University. Avery is people-orientated and aims to be a change agent for the admissions office in hopes of attracting more innovative, design thinking-orientated students to James Madison.
In her free time, you can find Avery serving as the Academic Chairwoman for her sorority, Alpha Sigma Alpha or working as a "Student Hearing Officer" in hopes of upholding the standards of the Greek Community at JMU. In 2018, she attended a National Leadership Conference in Pheonix, Arizona where she networked and learned from the leading professional women in all fields of study.
