Xiaolu "Emma" Sui is a recent graduate of Smith College, an all women's liberal arts college in Northampton, MA. Originally from Dalian, China, Emma majored in Economics and Anthropology at Smith and is a now studying for her master's in Education Policy at Penn Graduate School of Education. [[File:Emmasui.jpeg|thumb|Emmasui.jpeg]]double-major in Economics and Anthropology. This past summer, she worked as a summer research assistant at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and analyzed the popular fiction The Hunger Games and its movie adaptation to compare cross-media thematic differences from key plots. As a member of the 2018-2019 cohort, she is particularly interested in making innovation and entrepreneurship offerings at Smith College and in the 5-College Consortium more accessible for students who do not yet see themselves as innovators or entrepreneurs. In She has continued her free time, Emma blogs for involvement in the UIF program by serving as UIGuide to the Converse College UIF team in the @smithbysmithies Smith Admissions blog2019-2020 year.
