Hello! I'm James, part of the first UIF team at Lancaster, and by extension the UK. This is all very new to me, and I'm always looking for new mentors to provide advice during my journey. Over the coming weeks and months, I will be working on delivering a program that encourages students at Lancaster to push outside their degrees and begin applying themselves in new ways to prepare for the world after university.
