It is popularly known as AITAM college in the people view. This is permanently affliated to JNTUK and It is Premium Autonomous Engineering college. The college is 45.6 KM away from Srikakulam Railway Station on Kurdah-Road to Vishakapatnam line in East Coast Railway. The college also has entity of 9 different courses after which the students are encouraged apart from the academics to create something different new.
