Her research interests involve mediating hypercoagulatory responses and inflammation,</span><span style="font-size: large;"> especially in regards to cancer immunotherapy. Shruthi also volunteers with the Veterans' Affairs Hospital and the Rukmini Foundation, and is passionate about social entrepreneurship and medical innovation.</span>
