= Overview =
The organization will be comprised of students representing the various majors offered on the campus in order to create opportunities for all majors. The purpose of the organization will be to build the students interest in innovation and entrepreneurship, give students the resources needed to begin their innovative journey, help them network, present their projects, and/or launch a business, and connect them to the resources necessary to be independent. This organization will be the key to continuing to build innovation and entrepreneurship at Prairie View A&M University.
= Strategy #1: Cultivate Develop and Promote PV Wire as the Innovation Student Organization for PVAMUreinforce student interest innovation and entrepreneurship    =
PV Wire is the student organization that will provide students opportunities to promulgate ideation For communities where innovation and innovation. The organization will develop entrepreneurship aren't words you hear frequently and provide programsaren't the frequently trodden paths, seminars, speakers it requires dedicated and competitions to concerted strategies that foster and synergize PVAMU's a community of individuals that value social impact through innovation ecosystem.  
== Tactic #1: Build a Collaborative Student Council Team within PV WIRE Create exposure to opportunities in innovation at all student levels  ==
Through collaborative workshops and exercises such as 3 Day Startup, Design Thinking workshops, Freshman Introduction to Innovation and programs hosted by PV WIRE Wire, the University Innovation Fellows will establish a council comprised of students from inculcate groups within the various majors offered on campus student population with skills related to help cultivate a collaborative platform. The council members from each major will be responsible for disseminating information concerning innovation projects as well as changes in the dynamics of their field of study. The group will work in conjunction with PV Wireand entrepreneurship and expose them to opportunities to create and support ventures beyond these programs. 
== Tactic #2: Gain Faculty Support Create a cyclical and sustainable innovation community and ecosystem  ==
Faculty support is imperative. As such,faculty advisors Programs in Tactic #1 will be appointed to create a long-standing dynamic within the innovation student organization ecosystem to ensure that nascent students are learning and being mentored by experienced students and councilentrepreneurs. The By doing this we will not only engage students but also faculty (who will advise and assist with the decision making process and assure administration advocacy), entrepreneurs and players within the goals of the organizations are attained. Faculty support will also be used Houston & Austin VC & startup community to inform their students create a fully functioning and other faculty about PV WIREself-supporting ecosystem. 
= Strategy #2: Provide an Interdisciplinary Increase matriculation into the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Course Academic Program  =
Currently, Prairie View under the vision of Dr. Mcneil has established an Innovation and Entrepreneurship course. However, program (heretofore referred to as IEP) within the class is offered by College of Business that provides students with the college of business opportunity to obtain a minor and a certificate if the majority of students who register for the class requirements are business majorsfulfilled. Prairie View should offer a course that allows students to learn about This is the university's main academic foray into innovation, design thinking, and entrepreneurship that is open to all disciplinesfrom a curriculum standpoint. This will allow students to learn how to approach various problems from various viewpoints and as exists in a result there will be more creative thinking because unique place within the nebula of the interdisciplinary collaborationuniversity's innovation ecosystem. Also, The programs sponsored by PV Wire and UIF develops a seed of interest within the course will allow students while the students academic program gives an open access to network with students from other majors attitudes and collaborate have a resource for outside projectsskills in innovation backed by the governing body of the university. 
== Tactic #1: Ask Professors from Various Disciplines Increased advocacy and pitching to Collaborate and Create a Curriculum that Incorporates Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship disciplines outside of the College of Business  ==
This will give students outside of the business department an opportunity to learn about innovation and entrepreneurship. The course will also help If the activities sponsored by the University Innovation Fellows such as the freshman Introduction to Innovation are paired with the curriculum then students of all disciplines are given an outlet to see approaches and thought processes of students from different majorsfollow up on their interests. As a resultIn order for the ecosystem to be self-sustaining, this will help foster ideas and create innovation teams with various it requires students of all disciplines using to be working in tandem, which requires advocacy by the knowledge different colleges especially those that might not inject free thinking and resources from collaborative exercises within their particular fields course loads. This also exists as a unique opportunity to help the teams be more successfulimprove critical thinking abilities and receive academic credit which will make students well rounded problem solvers regardless of field or passion. 
== Tactic #2: Restructure STEM Courses to Incorporate Discussion Groups ==
The purpose of this tactic is to help foster innovation curriculum in the classrooms. The discussion groups will convene and discuss current innovation processes and services in the field related to their courses. The professors will discuss innovations related to the curriculum being taught and as a result , the students can think of ideas to create solutions to current problems or improve upon existing projects. The discussion groups can be graded based on participation or completion of a related project.
= Strategy #3: Establish a Design Space an Entrepreneur in Residence program to provide resources that aid in growth and Make it Resourceful support for all Majors at Prairie View student founders =
== Tactic #1: Identify a Suitable Space and Tailor it to be used for Design Thinking budding entrepreneurs that have established ventures, but need support  ==
By creating identifying entrepreneurs who have ideated and taken the first steps to bring their ideas to fruition our responsibility is to provide resources such as a space specifically workspace for design thinking, students will prototyping so that they have the opportunity tools within the university to iterate and reach the full potential of their ventures. The university providing resources to create lowers some hesitation and risk within entrepreneurship and student ventures will be innovative supported by the knowledge that floods the IEP program and creative as well as collaborate with other disciplinesthe ecosystem. Interdisciplinary collaboration is important because students are able Ecosystem support will result in the realization of more successful ventures thereby contributing to incorporate different ways the ecosystem by establishing proof of thinking so that they are challenged to think beyond concept for the obviousprogram hosted by UIF and knowledge taught through IEP. 
== Tactic #2: Appoint Innovation Leaders Partnering players within the startup ecosystem in Austin and Houston to Supervise Innovation Space provide mentorship and learnings  ==
Tactic #2 will be accomplished by tactic #2 in strategy #1. The  student -led  innovation and entrepreneurship organization, PV  Wire,  will be in charge of the design space.  The space  will be the organization’s headquarters and the students will work to increase the involvement of the various students from various disciplines on campus. The organization will host  hands -on  events and workshops to help foster innovative ideas.
== Tactic #3: Maintain Momentum by Continuously Organizing Programs and Events Focused on Collaborate with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program to create an in-house senior design capstone project  ==
By establishing We can create a design space and appointing leaders, feeder for the Entrepreneur in Residence by collaborating with the movement IEP program to bring more opportunities create a capstone project for innovation and entrepreneurship to Prairie View will pick up momentumstudents pursuing the minor or certificate program. The design space This will be a space ensure that the Entrepreneurship in Residence program has continuity and that students who aren't established entrepreneurs can vie for speakers to come presententry into the program with an idea created as the capstone project and still receive support, provide hands-on workshops, host competitions resources and collaborate with external stakeholdersmentorship after the fact.
