It won't rely on one person's particular skill set. *Encourage people to meet regularly and discuss viable business plan*Lead workshops where people can feel comfortable sharing their business ideas and ask for feedback. *Invite local business owners to talk about their business plan and how they continue to grow. *Overall, create a population on campus that gets excited about business and feeling comfortable talking about it.
