Bio
Elizabeth (Lizzy) Kubica is a graduate of James Madison University where she majored in English with minors in Creative Writing and Anthropology. She was a Fellow in the 2021 Cohort of Innovation Fellows, and is a UI Guide for the Fall 2025 Fellows. Originally from Virginia Beach, VA, she now lives with her fiancé in Arlington, VA. Lizzy works as an instructor at a private educational institution near DC, where she works with students to promote self-directed learning, civil advocacy, and creative problem solving. In her free time, she works as a pilates and fitness instructor, runs marathons with her fiancé, and makes pottery in her home studio.
