According to me,this helps us in bringing a lot of cooperation while working in with the teams.This ensures that the team is well secured because everyone in the team will learn to respect and accept the decisions.If the receiving is learned contribution of everyone will be more.This makes the team to work in a collaborative way to achieve their goals in time.Practicing of psychological safety means learning the trust which builds up in sharing of knowledge.It increases the learning of innovation and also mistakes from peers.
