| − | Regina McCoy is currently pursuing her bachelors in Speech-Language Hearing Sciences at Loyola University Maryland. She is a first generation American, born in Naperville, Illinois. Regina attended an International Baccalaureate school in southern Connecticut, where she discovered the major hearing issues in her generation due to earphones. Regina also was a member of the field hockey and basketball team, ran track, and was a member of eco-leaders, Model United Nations and the National Honors Society.

| − | At Loyola University Maryland, Regina is an honor student and an advocate for Health Outreach Baltimore in the Center for Advanced Fetal Care at Mercy Medical Center, where she works to connect pregnant women and families with children to resources in the Baltimore area. Regina also holds the sophomore seat on the Philanthropy Council, and is an active participant at Loyola's Center for Community Service and Justice. In her free time, Regina enjoys being a member of the co-ed intramural soccer team.

| − | Regina sparked a passion for entrepenurship and innovation when she saw it used as a tool for justice. This past summer, she was a community service co-ordinator in Skidrow, and watched as entrepeneurs tackled the systemic consequences of economic, racial and political injustice through human-centered design thinking.
