I am originally from Waconia, Minnesota where I lived with my family of 6, played baseball, basketball, football, and received my High School Diploma. After becoming a student at UND, I always had ambition to do as much as I could for my peers and the University. I began my journey of becoming a student leader by joining the Fraternity Sigma Alpha Epsilon where I took on roles as the Recruitment Chair and the Social Relations Chair. From there, other opportunities started to present themselves like the Order of Omega which is a Greek Honor Society focused on having a positive impact on their community through philanthropy. Next, due to the help of our University's PanCratz Career Center, I was able to find an Internship with Textron Aviation which is an airplane and jet manufacturer. Within Textron Aviation, I was an Integrated Supply Chain Intern that worked in the Procurement department of Interiors and Avionics. In Conclusion, I am excited to begin my last year of school at UND and look forward to what I have to offer the University Innovation Fellows and what the Fellows have to offer me. | |

Hello everyone, I am Brian Porter, currently a student at the University of North Dakota pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management while also attempting to achieve a minor in Leadership.
