| − | Valerie Sherry graduated from Brown University in 2009 with a BA in Architectural Studies. While attending Brown, she took studio classes at Rhode Island School of Design, played Division I Lacrosse, participated in the Women's Leadership Council "Women's Launch Pad" mentorship program and facilitated a smokeless stove-building campaign in the Dominican Republic. This experience led her to further investigate links between design, public health, engineering, entrepreneurship and construction methods.
