A very detailed and deep analysis on the stakeholders. This is gonna help me and my team for the stakeholders meeting which we are supposed to conduct.
One thing that I think will be valuable from this resource is the emphasis placed on knowing where your stakeholders stand. It is crucial to understand who your supporters are and who may object to your ideas before presenting them.
I wasn't quite sure who to find and join my team's stakeholder meeting at first but after reading this, I found out that I shouldn't stress too much on this part. Basically anyone surrounding us could be a potential stakeholder who will help us understand more on our project.
