Prior to relocating to the U.S, Garry taught middle school and served as the school's financial officer. He organized community-wide acitivites and mentored students in their academic and innovative endeavors. Garry Jean-Pierre is a University Innovation Fellow from the Spring 2015 cohort. Garry moved to the United States in 2011 from his home country of Haiti to pursue his passion for electrical engineering. Prior to relocating to the U.S, Garry taught middle school and served as the school's financial officer. He organized community-wide acitivites and mentored students in their academic and innovative endeavors.
