He currently attends UW-Milwaukee where he is actively involved in the WiscAMP scholar program, tutors for the College of Engineering and Science, and serves as a program representative to UW-Milwaukee's student government. Garry looks forward to his graduation so he can start his career and put his degree to work.

Garry Jean-Pierre is a University Innovation Fellow from the Spring 2015 cohort. Garry moved to the United States in 2011 from his home country of Haiti to pursue his passion for electrical engineering. Prior to relocating to the U.S, Garry taught middle school and served as the school's financial officer.
