I am a sophomore engineering student at JMU who is determined to use my time on this earth to make a positive impact. "Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind" - Dr. Suess. Yes it is Dr. Suess, but along with inspiration from my 6th grade teacher, this quote has help me become a true individual. I am not scared to be myself, this has empowered me to be THAT young engineering student who tells everyone he will change the world. I hope to become a software engineer and combine those skills with my entrepreneurial skills to make that impact I am so keen about. Also, I spent this summer as a Head Coach of a swim team of 110 swimmers, ages 6-18. I always receive top scores on my reviews and I have been invited to lead the Coaches Advisory Committee next summer.
