Changes

<span class="s1">Devin Spatz is a 2016 candidate for the University Innovation Fellows program. He attends A fourth year Electrical Engineering major at the University of Dayton where , he is an undergraduate research assistant in the Microwave Electronics Laboratory. Devin has been involved with writing an honors thesis for which he researched and designed a varactor based phase shifter. Aside from research, Devin is a tutor for the introductory circuits classes and is a member of Tau Beta Pi and IEEE. Outside of class, he spends his time bouldering at the indoor rock climbing wall and hiking. [[File:Spatz photo.jpg|thumb|right|200px]] Devin will be continuing his studies at the University of Dayton by pursuing a maters degree in Electrical Engineeringwith a focus in microelectronics and anticipates graduating in Spring 2017.</span>
