Maximilian Lugmair is a University Innovation Fellows Candidate who is currently studying Smart Cities in the Master´s program at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg. (FH Salzburg) His major subjects in the Bachelor's program Smart Building were building automation systems and energy-efficient building technology. These contents will now be implemented on a larger scale, in the context of a city.
Maximilian originally comes from Gmunden in Upper Austria. At the beginning of his studies he moved to Salzburg and started working part-time at the Salzburg Festival. Since 2019, he has worked as a junior researcher in the "Smart Building" department. From the first year on, Maximilian was representative of his semester and tried to represent the interests of his colleagues as best he could.
