She sensed her passion for helping other people at a very young age and always tried to improve other people’s situations. Therefore, it was no surprise that she wanted to become an ambulance woman at the Austrian Red Cross at the age of only seventeen. To gain a deeper insight in the causes for diseases, she decided to study Biomedical Sciences. In her class, Cosima is also the representative for all the other students as she’s willing both to communicate with professors a lot and to listen to other student’s issues in order to find a suitable solution.&nbsp;</span>
