Nihari Reddy Bheemireddy is an undergraduate at the school Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Tirupati. Her interest in technology  made her choose the stream Information Technology at her school.<o:p></o:p>

 She is enthusiastic person and a great entrepreneur having good leadership qualities.  She has been campus ambassador for many renowned events. She is well known for his helping nature.  She has a great communication skills and a profient speaker, she can speak Telugu, Hindi ,English.<o:p></o:p>

 She is an active participant not only inside the classroom but also a fireball outside the classroom too. She began to fortify her skills from her preschool both in academics and non academics and came up with excellence in both. She say's “My experience in participation made me sense the real importance of participation. Participation is a key for one to acquire lots of knowledge as one can come across and can interact with many wonderful minds in the events of participation.”<o:p></o:p>

     Nihari's main motto is to become a 'Civil Servant ' as this profession can make the young generation to be creative. The progress of the nation mainly depends on the progress of a good Leader. So she elected such a profession which is responsible for the advancement of the society. The word Human Being itself includes Humanity. So according to her view one must consider the whole society as one's family. This is the primary step for the development of country. Nihari is one of those craziest people aspiring to change the world. <o:p></o:p>

 She is uniquely identifiable for: “the only way to do great work is the to love what you do.If you haven't found it yet, keep looking, don’t settle" this makes her a wise personality. Also this is the strategy she follows for her success in life.<o:p></o:p>

 “It’s always possible to overcome a tough situation throughout of the box, and not give in to the only options you think you have to pick from.” This is her kind of approaching to a problem which helped her to emerge as a better programmer and designer being a Information technology student.<o:p></o:p>
