<span id="docs-internal-guid-9333f2c4-7fff-452a-0351-0c4607ee86a4"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Comfortaa; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">By the end of training, Fordham fellows had decided to focus on bringing design thinking to the broader Fordham community to foster more innovative problem-solving and inspire Fordham students to think outside of the box about issues that matter to them in their everyday lives.</span></span><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Comfortaa; font-size: 11pt; white-space: pre-wrap;">After successfully hosting two pop-up events, fellows next take on the challenge of conducting a Design Thinking workshop in the freshman Career Exploration classes this semester. The end goal is to gain feedback from the 600 students to next find a place for design thinking in the Gabelli core curriculum. Exposing freshmen to Design-Thinking and Fordham’s entrepreneurial resources allows freshman to better engage with innovation on campus and master the skills needed for day-to-day creative problem-solving in the real world.</span>
